How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please email sunnysidebysun@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Because many of our products are made to order, we can only make changes or cancel an order if it has not yet entered production or been shipped. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Can I return my order?
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact sunnysidebysun@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll be happy to make it right.
What are your stickers made from?
All stickers are printed on high-quality matte vinyl and finished with a protective laminate to help resist water, scratches, and everyday wear. They're perfect for decorating laptops, water bottles, journals, and more.
What paper are your art prints printed on?
Our letter-sized art prints are printed on archival-quality matte fine art paper for beautiful colour and long-lasting quality. Larger prints are professionally printed on premium matte photo paper.
How will my order be shipped?
- Stickers: Shipped in a sturdy flat mailer or envelope with protective backing.
- Postcards: Shipped in a rigid mailer to prevent bending.
- Art Prints: Shipped in a protective flat mailer or mailing tube, depending on the print size.
All orders are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely.
